|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment In South Austin — I love this apartment Great location and reasonably priced. It’s an old complex but they have been updated and the location is worth it. I’ve never had any issues with staff. Quick maintenance responses too Im relocating at the end of the month, or I would stay here I’ll miss Stoney Ridge

|Recommended: YesThe Landscaping Is Beautiful. The Apartment Is In Great Shape. — Great location and very nice neighborhood.
|Recommended: YesLove This Location, Love The Chillness Of The Complex — I'm in my sixth year hear. The location and South Austin vibe of this complex is what makes me stay. The complex is generally very chill yet clean and safe. I live alone and am never afraid, even taking my little dogs out at night. I've always had great neighbors I've lived in three different buildings . I've never had issues with bugs or pests. Only once in over five years have I had a maintenance issue that was more of a priority than the management gave it. The price is spot on for this area and the complex's age. I will continue to renew my lease for the foreseeable future
