|Recommended: YesLooking For Peace And Quiet In The City — This is an older apartment complex that has been consistently well-maintained by the same property company for years. They’re always on top of things and never wait until something breaks. In the last three years, I’ve only needed to call them for a few minor, tidy fixes.
If you enjoy peace and quiet, lots of trees, and a larger floor plan—and you don’t need granite countertops or brand-new Home Depot cabinetry—this place is worth considering. It’s quiet, has respectful neighbors, and is just minutes from downtown, 71, 290, Mopac, and I-35.
A bonus is the small, efficient crew that manages the property. Their turnaround time is impressive, and when they say they’ll do something, they do it. They’re sincere, they work well together, and unlike many places, there’s been no turnover.

|Recommended: Yes4 Years Loved Living At Stoney Ridge — I highly recommend living at Stoney Ridge. I lived there for 4 years and had a great experience with all the staff and always had quick responses to maintenance requests. I felt safe and well taken care of. Parking spots were always available, and most often I got a spot right in front of my unit. The pool is well maintained. I don't have anything negative to say Live here

|Recommended: YesI Love This Apartment Complex — I leave here for 3 years and I love this complex, maintenance is always on time and fixed problems, the general manager is lovely person and very kind person, always always willing to help and solve problems, since I leave here i have not a problem in my apartment, staff office alma, general manager and maintenance team, make fell you are welcome home, thanks Stoney Ridge.

I’ve never had any issues with staff. Quick maintenance responses too Im relocating at the end of the month, or I would stay here I’ll miss Stoney Ridge
